Medicover Polska will continue to have its headquarters in the Equator II office building, with an area of 6,200 sqm. The lease agreement has been extended by 8 years.

Located at Aleje Jerozolimskie, the Equator II office building was commissioned in 2011. It entered the CPIPG portfolio in January 2020. The building has class A space of 23,100 sqm. The 14 floors accommodate the headquarters of companies from the following sectors: finance, IT, publishing and real estate. Equator II is BREEAM In-Use certified at the Very Gold level.

“We are satisfied with the fact that the office buildings located in the Aleje Jerozolimskie belt, included in the CPIPG portfolio, enjoy a constant appreciation among current tenants. Extending the cooperation with Medicover Polska for another 8 years at Equator II is the best example that the spaces we offer meet the high requirements of even the most recognized companies on the market,” comments Agnieszka Ciupak, Head of Leasing Office at CPIPG Polska.

CPIPG currently owns 14 office buildings in Warsaw, with a total area of over 314,000 sqm.
