About Indotek

 

The Company: Indotek is an investment fund specialising in the commercial real estate sector, active in the Polish market since 2021. Its portfolio comprises over 300 properties, including office buildings, shopping centres, hotels, warehouses, and industrial sites. The group also operates in the residential market. In Poland, Indotek owns four office buildings: Brama Zachodnia, Cybernetyki Office Center, Bokserska Office Center, and Taifun. Additionally, it provides Asset and Property Management services for Wiśniowy Business Park (buildings C, D, E, and F), owned by the Hungarian-listed Appeninn Holding.
