EQUATOR II IS NEXT OFFICE BUILDING OWNED BY CPI
Equator II CPIPG has taken over from Karimpol Polska. The building is located in Aleje Jerozolimskie, on the border of Śródmieście and Ochota. The 14-storey A-class office building was commissioned in 2011. At the moment Equator II, with 23,100 sqm GLA, is commercialized in 99%. The prestigious tenants of the office building represent medical, IT, real estate and insurance industries.
– Purchase of the Equator II office building strengthens our ownership position in the Aleje Jerozolimskie area. This is another acquisition of CPIPG in this zone, after Eurocentrum Office Complex and Equator IV. Thanks to the concentration of our assets in one place, we will create a strong and uniform structure of property management, as well as develop their mutual synergy – comments Barbara Topolska, Country Manager of CPI PG Poland.
– The sale of the Equator II office building is the end of a certain investment cycle of our Group in the Equator building complex in Ochota, Warsaw. Equator II was one of the cornerstones of the entire so-called Aleja Jerozolimskie Business Corridor. The second transaction with CPI in Warsaw proves the investment quality of our products for large institutional investors in Central Europe – says Harald Jeschek, managing partner of the Karimpol Group.
Equator II is another office building that suits the CPIPG strategy of taking over high-quality office buildings that meet ecological and location standards, with the possibility of further development. CPIPG continues to expand its portfolio. Soon, further acquisitions that go beyond the 800 million EUR investment plan will be announced.
