Big enhancement in the REDD Group. Dorota Grzywacz has become the CFOO

Dorota Grzywacz became the new CFOO of the REDD Group. She took over the role of financial and operational director at the beginning of July. Grzywacz is responsible for detailed financial and organisational procedures in the REDD Group. She is to prepare the company for quick business scaling and to make it ready to enter new markets.

New markets and development

– An extremely intense time and multiple increases ahead of us, therefore it will be a big challenge for Dorota to meet the increasingly stringent operational and financial standards. We are glad that we have acquired a new talent for our team and that it is the new CFOO that is supposed to prepare us for quick scaling of our business and for readiness to enter new markets – says Tomasz Ogrodzki, CEO of the REDD Group.

REDD among the best start-ups

REDD is one of the 25 best PropTech start-ups in Central Europe, which can boast about building the largest database on the office market in Poland. In July 2022, REDD was included in the “CEE Startups Of The Month” list prepared by Vestbee, the leading online platform for start-ups, VC funds, accelerators and corporations in Central and Eastern Europe.

Currently, REDD monitors over 2,100 properties throughout Poland, which translates into 16 billion data, and the REDD database is used by the largest ones on the market: Avison Young, CBRE, Deka Immobilien, Globalworth, GTC, EY, Hines, Savills.
